World's first patient to undergo live AI-assisted brain surgery has tumour removed
Rhys Hibbert, a 48-year-old father-of-two from Bedfordshire, became the first patient to undergo live AI-assisted brain surgery at University College London Hospital, successfully removing an 11mm non-cancerous tumour from his pituitary gland.
